Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
3 large (or 6 small) tomatoes, chopped
2 1/2 tbs prepared basil pesto (I buy the Costco brand)
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
3 c hot cooked angel hair pasta
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked on the grill
Saute tomatoes in a non-stick skillet until soft and slightly thickened. Add prepared pesto, lemon juice and salt. Add garlic, and let cook for 1 minute more or until sauce has thickened to a nice consistency(taste to make sure it is seasoned). Slice chicken breast finely. Divide angel hair pasta among the plates, as well as sliced chicken. Top with the tomato basil sauce.

This looks yummy!!!
First off, anonymous comment...lamo! You've already disclaimed that you use photos from internet and not your own. I love people who try to be self righteous about things... okay, so about the recipe : ) LOVE IT! I finally made it last night for my family and my kids are so picky that I had them taste it first to see if they wanted sauce on their noodles and they loved it. My six year old son had 3 servings! Thanks for testing and sharing these great recipes.
I made this and we all loved it! So easy and good! And thanks for the the costco pesto info. I had never had it before and now i love that too!
Thanks Jenny and Lonni for commenting! Glad this turned out for you both!
Lonni- when people leave hate comments, i just roll my eyes...what are they going to do to me...track me down :) Thanks for having my back!
Jenny- I love the pesto from Costco, it is cheap, and I freeze it into individual sandwich ziplocks about 3 tablespoon in each and then it keeps forever!
Hey Lonni Mooreland.....Some of us have children and lives and don't have time to read every single thing that a blogger writes. So if this blogger has indeed stated that she uses other people recipes and/or pictures maybe that commenter didn't see it. I think that anonymous blogger was just pointing out that someone might be stealing her recipes because it said nowhere on that page that she got it from someone else. Step away from the computer and go spend time with your family.
Wow, things are getting heated on this blog Rachelle. And I'm not talking about the stove. I like all the drama though, even if it is over a recipe. My life could use a little spice. We had this tonight and I love how the lemon juice makes it taste fresh. Love Costco pesto...I use it on my turkey sandwich almost every day. So yummy. Thanks. Miss you.
Something else...Ruby saw this picture and asked if that was what we were having for dinner. When we sat down at the table, she said, "I thought we were having what was on the computer for dinner. This doesn't look like it." So thank goodness for google images.
Nicole....glad the recipe turned out. I know your always up for a little SPICE! :) Ya, I don't know why it got heated? I'm just a friendly blogger wanting to share my recipes! Miss you too.
